[Suggestions] Recuce Spam/Increase support

I have considered it might be a nice idea to recruit some moderators for the forum,
This has a couple opportunities,

a. Less spam on the forums, posts can be deleted and spambots can be IP Banned
b. More and better support to both the free and paid hosting users
c. More activity on the forums, this can increase numbers of users using the radio hosting service

Another suggestion would be to enable Q&A Captchpa on PhpBB, i have recently changed my forum to Q&A Due to Re-Captchpa being cracked by spam bots.

Hi Tobie,

Thank you for your suggestions. I have been working on the spam issue by installing an anti-spam system on the forum (you may have noticed it). This seems to be working for about 80-90% of the spam (which is auto-posted by bots) but there seem to be a few spam users which are actually getting around the anti-spam - they must be human as there's no way a computer could work the system out that easily. I've started banning users which are spamming so this should further reduce it.

I like the moderator idea but the problem with offering support to the free users via the forum, but I think that could have the disadvantage of flooding the forum with identical posts - most of the free users read the FAQs and get on with things, but many also don't so they certainly wouldn't do a search for their problem.

That said, having more mods would probably help things as they could move all of the "why do my listeners get access denied" posts to the recycle bin.
