Is there anyway to I.P ban someone from listening to your radio?

Yes,
If you log in to the Shoutcast DNAS with username 'admin' and your admin password then you will see a list of people connected to your stream. If you click on 'Ban' next to the IP then they won't be able to connect. You can also ban subnets if someone keeps connecting with similar but different IPs.
