Hard to restart the server

no doubt myradiostream.com is one the of the best free strem hosting but sometimes its hard to restart the server whenever you try to login in the site it says

You are now logged in as -----------
You can now choose to view and/or configure your servers
or configure your account

but when yuo click on the restart the server it says

Access Denied
You must be logged in to access this file

This happens occasionally if there is a hard drive error
