No mails, no payment possible!!!
No mails, no payment possible!!!
I don't want to write everything which I already did yesterday in the ticket system which don't seems to work any more. I don't get any payment request this month. Our transcoder service is already "suspended" (although it's still working yet) because I didn't have the chance to pay because I didn't get informed. Last month, the mails from "Bell online" was received in the SPAM folder, although it wasn't detected as SPAM the whole time before. Even last month I only could pay in the last minute. This month, I receive NO MAILS, even no submission when I write in the ticket sytstem. As I'm from Germany, the Forum here is my last hope, because I definetely will NOT make a phone call to UK due to the high fees.
I also wanted to pay yesterday which also doesn't seems to work, as the bank don't accept our payments any more...don't know why. So what shell I do now? Is it so difficult just to send a simple mail which can be RECEIVED when next payment is due?
I hope I will get an decent answer at least here in the forum. If you need my mail adress once again, please let me know by PN. And please allow direkt replys by mail provider instead login every time in this silly ticket system instead. It's taking too much time for me.
Thanks!

Re: No mails, no payment possible!!!
Please log in at https://secure.bellonline.co.uk and go to "Support Tickets". There you will be able to see a list of your support tickets along with the replies and dates/times. You can also view all of the emails that have been sent out by going to "My Emails".
No one else has reported any issues
Regarding payments, you're always welcome to ask for an extension to your service if you have problems paying, in fact your service was unsuspended on the 31st then you opened a ticket with your issue and is currently still active although the invoice remains unpaid.
If you do have any more questions or problems then please don't hesitate to open another support ticket - but if you're not getting emails then I'd advise logging in at the above address to check for replies.
I hope this helps
