1) Is it possible to reboot/restart your server without logging in and/or remotely

2) I use a windows media player with the adverrtisments on my site but for quite alot of people they say they nothing is playing whereas others can hear the streaming music. Any help?

That's odd but you could put a note below your player saying to refresh the page if it doesn't work - that should do the job.

I was streaming last night for the 2nd night launch of my station and I had reports that some listeners could hear and some couldnt. I stream via my website with all the ads added to my site. I have 2 player buttons on my home page 'listen via media player' & 'listen n play'. My listeners could not hear anything via 'listen n play' ? I checked the links I had added and I changed them last night, which seemed to work but I am confused why it worked, suddenly didn't and I had to copy & paste the links from tunein links again????

I am due to start the final night of the weekend launch tonight and would really appreciate any help as I cant seem to understand why this is happening.

My techie quy who added the buttons suddenly isnt available & unsure if he had done something wrong???

Hi,

It may have been that the ads weren't loading for everyone or they were loading too slowly. Some new servers are to be added to the network soon to improve the situation.
