A newbie needs a quick tip

Ok so i use winamp SHOUTcast and the server provider is myradiostream. The problem i got is:

Is there a successful php or javascript that can show the title of the songs i play? because on my winamp they have the correct mp3 tags or is there a way to enable the titles through winamp?

http://s2.myradiostream.com/26972.htm <<<< is my radio station line, if the radio is not on, its just a full screen of windows media and no title of song.

I would appreciate if someone can give me a tip if you got it to work.
