Another Player or Re-Size possible? Please help me...

Hi there!

I've allready got my radiosite as a stand alone website. But now i want to implement it in my portal of my forum.
So the left/right side (columns) are only 175px wide and i don't wanna set the player in the middle of my portal.
So because of that, i need to know how i can resize the default player. Or, if not possible, can you tell me how i can use another player for it? JWplayer (longtail) doesn't work for me unfortunely or i did wrong with it!?
Any suggestions?

This is a cool Player for me.

But the Question is still alive, because i wanna know it.
