Auto DJ playlists settings

Is this possible to do, ive read all the info on it, and ive tried my hand at creating a 1 minute playlist every hour with my station ident (which runs for 45 secs).
I named the playlist 1600_1601.txt (in this case to play at 4pm) and put in the mp3 title welcome.mp3

The system just ignored it though, i seem to think ive done it properly, so cant work out why it doesnt work

Unless of course the playlist is too short
