Can't Restart Server...

Hello,
Even though i login to the server (S12) successfully,
when it try to restart the service i get an error that i have to login first and returns me to the login screen where it asks for my credentials again.
The same happens when i press the rest of the buttons (My Account, stream settings , etc)

Is there any problem ? or do we have any solution ?
