Log into your control paneland there is a link "Tune in links and scripts". YOu have a choice of PHP or HTML/Javascript. If you have a static HTML website/page then you would use the javascript versions. If your server supports php you can then use PHP scripts which should fire up faster. Certain content management systems make the use of PHP slightly more complicated.
It all comes down to how savvy you are with scripting.
Those featured scripts should go between BODY tags.
Also to note that if you are a free server user you then have to have the ads script also on your page.
