I cannot get to my stream - neither can the listeners??

Postby dataman19 » Tue 12th Jul, 2011 1:10 am

Since last night my streams have been down.
Two of my Streams are reporting up - and one is inactive.
I cannot restart the inactive one because I cannot get to the server.
When I attempt to access the server I get the following error message:::\
""Database Server Unreachable. This may be due to server maintenance, please try again in a few minutes."
...
When I try to log in to one of the active streams I get the same message.
..
Logged in to the Bell On-Line Status page. It says all stream servers are up.
..
My Stream servers are S1 (Port 55830) s6 (port 31840) and s11 (port 15004).
...
So my Gallactic Radio is essentially "off the Air" (the reasoning being that even though I have two streams which are reporting to the Static Relay Monitor to be up - are in fact down because they cannot be logged in to).
Can any one suggest a solution?
Thanks

Oops..
Sorry Gavin.... Looks like everyone is having this problem (not just me).
I posted this (took me a while to get registered - then I posted).
While I was registering it looks like the other people were already posting about this same problem.
My eMail is running like snail mail today.
Hope you get this fixed soon.
I lost all my listeners...
Dave

Hello,

The issue is now resolved.

We had a major problem with the database server and it was unreachable for over a day.

Everything is now back up and no data has been lost.

Thank you for your patience.

I have just been allocated uk3 and hey guess what...NOTHING.
Gavin, what the heck is going on over there....please,we have got people screaming.
I inserted the uk3-pn to our streaming and all I get is ICY 400,which means no server and no signal....
Can you get us up and going...PLEASE...
