i just seem to be missing something lol i've never streamed to a site like this ... i've relayed gaming radio stations and run my own shoutcast servers for years ...


gone through this tutorial 100x ... cant figure out what the hell i'm missing LMFAO

i get "cannot connect to socket" with edcast and winamp dsp plugin just wont connect period...no error...

when i have my own server runnin at least i can see the error on server side lol

any help would be greatly appreciated

well this dont make much sense lmfao works flawless with ANY other site i try to use ... except this one. but i guess its just as well anyways .. this site seems to be a tad unorganized .. lacking support .. lacking info ... lacking lots ... but i guess there's always room for improvement no matter who/what/where u r hehehe

i'll keep tryin to get it goin on here ... i wouldnt mind having a few different options and/or relays going ... i believe i'm remembering right that i can stream to multiple servers with shoutcast DSP ... and of course a free option is great for trying out the services ..

Hi,

Have you checked that the server is online (and showing up as an amber icon in the control panel)?

The free servers do turn off after they have been inactive for a while.
