Put Flash player in my blog

Hello.
Please, how can I put the flash player in my blog?
I tried to use de object tag that appears on listen.htm... but it does not work.
I think this problem is because the "movie" paramter it´s not point to the absolute url.
Is there any example about that?

Hi,
There is a free version of the flash player available from http://www.draftlight.net/dnex/mp3player/minicaster/
Please remember to put the Ad Code onto your page, or the player won't work. To get that, log in to the control panel and go to 'Tune in links & scripts'.
You must display the ads for people to be able to hear your stream on freestreamhosting.
