Quicktime Broadcaster?

Is it possible to use QuickTime Broadcaster with freestreamhosting.org? Do I use UniCast or MultiCast? I'm having problems with ports, Hosts, and files (SDP?!?) QB help and Google isn't getting me anywhere. Hopefully I can get some assistance with this, as I keep running into dead ends with it. I run a MacBook with OS 10.6.
