I don't normally answer outage reports on here, but s6 is being worked on as I'm aware that it's been down for a couple of days.

Unfortunately, the server is off again!! Please fix it. And yesterday, it was off for 2hours

Just to reassure you - we do have automatic systems that check the servers and bring them back online without human intervention. If the server ever does go down then it will generally come back within an hour or two at the most - if it's longer than that then it probably needs attention.

Hi,

Try signing up on s14 - that has been the most reliable server, it never seems to need rebooting. You should get a better service from that one.

Server 6 has been down for 2 weeks now, even now its still down and when it comes up its only for a couple minutes..

Problems with the servers again?
