service for RIP's only, disconnecting

Hi,
I have acount on s2 server and I have this problem,when I create acount, server was automaticly add IP's to the reserve list,but now nobody can't listen until I add IP adress to the reserve list.
Can you tell me why this happened?
PS. Sorry for my bad english
Just have to notice that I have put adds on my page,so I don't know can my listeners tune in directly ?
