Shoutcast Encoder Errors

Hi all, wondered if anyone had a cheat sheet of all the errors a shoutcast encoder can have, what their meaning is, possible solutions, etc. I have searched long for this info but can't find anything.

If you have a cheat sheet like this, or know where I can find one, please post it. I'm sure its information many of us can use.

What kind of errors are you getting? If people post any errors up here then maybe we can put together a good list.

Mostly a simple "disconnected" - then I have no clue why they are getting this when I am able to cnnect to their server... another biggie is "Cannot send data fast enough. Clearing cache..." This know it simply congestion in the routing their ISP takes to the server, and usually a tracert will confirm this.

But what I am looking for is more of a cheat sheet with all the errors and possible fixes. This way when someone says I'm getting error code ######, I don't have to search the Internet to see if I can find what that error is and what the fix is - I can just look at the cheat sheet. I'm amazing that shoutcast.com's forum doesn't have anything like this (that I could see).
