Shoutcast streaming

Just a quick question I am using Mixstream and a shoutcast source from computer for All Irish Radio but lately i noticed the stream or source dropping off ie clock restarting at 00.00.00 (source) and all listeners dropping (graph shows complete drop and then restart)is this the computer or mixstream,this can happen 3/4 times over a week or sometimes can not happen for 7/8 days,and can it be solved..Help Brendan

Hi Brendan. Is your peak listener number resetting to 0 as well? If so then please open a support ticket, if not then it could be temporary connection outages at the end of your ISP. Again, if you open a ticket then I can check the server to confirm that the problem isn't at our end.
