I have a bunch of music i'd like to use on my stream.

I got it from utorrent from torrent people put on there with discography's (a bunch of cd's in one folder)

Am I able to use these on my stream without getting charged for copyright infringement or something like that?

If you own the music, or have the author's permission to use it then your fine. Downloading music and playing it is copyright. You need to pay royalties to do that legally.
