Streaming from where?

Hi All,
Do these streams use the StereoMix channel by default, or what? Is it possible for me to use a different channel for my radio stream, and how would I do so? Basically, I've got the link from freestreamhosting, for my users to connect to my stream, but I'm not sure how to get the stream to pick up the audio from my computer.
My second question is, how many simultaneous users can freestreamhosting handle?
