Streaming Issue

Hi there gavin!

I currently opened a new website to stream my radio through.
I read the knowledge base as asked before opening topics and did find that you need to enbale advertisements on the page for streaming to work.

I have enabled the ad's and yet listeners are still not able to hear the streaming music unless they visit the s1 radio stream link first. Is there a specific reason this is not working? Or have I done something incorrect?

I tried to listen but couldnt either. Have tried to restart the server? You have a yellow light displaying.

Thanks for looking , we have tried several times with server restarts and with around 5-6 people listening. Unfortunately the radio is not broadcast 24/7 , but when we had people available and tried to test it they could not hear it.

I am still not sure what the problem is , server ad's are enabled too.

It looks like you have everything set up correctly on your website.

If the flash player doesn't work then the most likely cause is that you're using AAC+ which isn't supported by flash (or at least not easily).
