Streaming not working from Windows 7

Hi there

I have just got a new computer (Windows 7, 64bit) and am trying to set up streaming. I am using my normal stream settings, but it is saying cannot connect. I have tried both MIXXX and SAM broadcaster but neither work. My stream is s11.myradiostream.com and my port is 18860. I have tried restarting the server but that doesn't work either
