USA1 down since Feb 1/2012

G'day Gavin,
we changed ISP here in Oz on Feb 1/2012.Everything is working fine except we cant stream.I have rebooted and tried all avenues,BUT all I get is 'not connected'.
Cabn you advise as to whats happening.
