Well it connects and everything, but when people go to connect they are not able to. I am guessing the serevr kicks them off, is there any solution to fix this?

Hello,
If you are using our paid streams then please open a support ticket and this will be looked into.
If you're on the free service then it's not suitable. Your listeners need to go on to a page to see the ads before being able to listen - this is because the free service is funded by the ads that are displayed on-screen.
