Whoops

I decided to relay another net station on my free stream to test it, now I can't kick it off. I can't get the Shoutcast admin thing to accept my username and password so it will kick the other station off, I've changed the settings in the control panel so that there is no relay server or port, and it's still relaying over my stream. I've even stopped the server, but it carries on. The support tickets thing isn't working either. What can I do?
