Making a player show up on a smartphone.

I need/want to make a player work on a website that a smartphone will see. I want Pocket IE to be able to see it. We tried flash like this website I found. Their player works on my smartphone http://www.2fifty2radio.com/

I hope SOMEONE can know how to do this!!!! :)
