I want to use the PHP scripts supplied in the control panel, to display the current song, online/offline status, listeners etc. on my site. But the scripts simply wont work for my radio. They keep on showing unable to connect/Server is offline message.

I know my host does not block any outgoing connections nor is it firewalled, as i tried the same scripts with other online radios(by putting their ip address and port in the script) and they show the required info absolutely fine, only they do not work with my radio located at s3.myradiostream.com.

What could be the problem? I would greatly appreciate any help.

If your Shoutcast server is running then this is caused by your webhost blocking the connection or a problem somewhere between the network your web host uses and ours. If it's the latter then it should sort itself out within a few hours, otherwise you will need to either ask your host to add the server IP to your allow list or use the javascript versions.
